Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party service failures (including Google Cloud outages).

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
